Presentation
The team at the Avalanche Ski Shop in Vars welcomes you all year round and equips you for all your mountain activities. Ideally located 200m from the slopes, the store offers you quality ski and snowboard equipment for hire and sale with personalized advice. You will also find snow chains and a ski locker service.
Also take advantage of a boutique area with a technical and trendy range from major brands (Patagonia, Julbo, Merell, etc.).

The store also offers airbags and DVA packs for rental.
THE STATION
Vars
Perched in the heart of the Hautes Alpes, the Vars La Forêt Blanche resort enjoys an exceptional location. The ski area is shared between the Vars and Risoul resorts.
The highest point of the resort at 2750 offers a breathtaking panorama of the Alpine massifs of the region. The resort combines the traditional charm of mountain life and modernity with its facilities currently being modernized (since 2019, the area has been modernizing with the installation of its telemix).
Particularly popular with families looking for a change of scenery, the resort will delight fans of snow and wide open spaces!

How
Getting there
Mont-Dauphin / Guillestre train station is only 15km from the resort. Once there, shuttles provide connections to the resort on a daily basis.
For those traveling to the resort by car, don't forget about carpooling which allows you to travel for free while reducing your carbon footprint.
Once there, the resort offers a shuttle service to connect all the villages in the resort. Also take advantage of a late shuttle service for the party animals among you.
